Complete water valve for the heater unit on TA/TC models, not visually identical to the original, but a modern unit which is a direct replacement.

Electric fan for TD/E/F21

10″ electric fan with mounting brackets to make it easy to fit to TD/E/F models.
Remove the undertray and slide the unit up between the radiator and grille. Mark and drill the return flange of the top panel either side of the bonnet catch and bolt the unit in place. Drill up through the lower part of the bracket into the starting handle bracket and secure the unit with two bolts. Replace the undertray. The unit is now fitted and can be wired in, either to a thermostat or timer or manual switch.
Suitable for positive or negative earth.

Electric water pump kit

The kit comprises an aluminium adaptor which replaces the lower water elbow on the three litre block, the water pump itself, hoses and clips.
The pump fits neatly in place of the lower elbow. When not in service, it does not impede the standard water flow. When switched on, it will overcome the standard mechanical pump whether or not the engine is running, so both pumps operate independently in effect.
Used in conjunction with an electric fan, either on a timer or thermostatic control, it will allow cooling to continue after the engine is switched off, thus making for easier hot starting and reducing fuel vaporisation.

Comprising bearings, carbon seal and gasket. The face of the impeller will need skimming on a lathe to clean it up or the seal may not bed in correctly.

Waterpump shaft upgrade TD/E/F 21

The original design of shaft with the splined end was prone to failure. This shaft is made with a larger diameter end locating in the pulley hub with a keyway.
All my reconditioned pumps available on an exchange basis are now fitted with this shaft and it is available with the standard overhaul kit separately listed for DIY servicing.
